COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With the advent of white sugar after 1500 AD, honey bacame scarce in Europe, so apples were added to the mead to stretch the honey. Cyser was born! Enjoy the rich traditional flavors of apples and honey in our King’s Cyser. Serve slightly chilled: especially good with lamb

750, corked and waxed. Thanks, Adam! These are all really solid. Pours a crystal clear pale gold. Nose has bright green apple acidity perfectly blended with a nice floral honey quality. Creamy medium body. The flavors work very well together here. Apples and honey create something new that’s a bit more than the sum of its parts. A little on the sweet side. Approachable and very easy to imagine drinking way too much of without realizing it if you’re in the mood for a dessert drink.
