2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from World Beer Museum (Osaka) bottle shop. Moderate stink, yeast, and something close to happoshu spirits aroma. Dark translucent brown. with a massive fizzy head (pretty much a gusher). Sugary chocolate initial / goes nowhere in mid / finishes a touch tart and then settles into light brown sugar. Medium body. A big disappointment from Hideji.
