It’s a transparent amber with a small off-white ring for a head. The flavor starts with faint banana, apple, yeast, and raisin. Aroma of banana and clove in addition to brown sugar, dark fruit, and toast. Estery body, with cloves, other spices, and some banana as well as toast and dark fruits which intensify as the beer warms. Becomes sweeter and more sugary at warmer temperatures. Hints of chocolate complement the fruit and spice. Fairly complex with a nice mouthfeel. Well-done.
