Hideout Cherry Stout

on tap...dark brown to almost black body with small brown head...aroma is full of bitter chocolate and roasted coffee, with little cherry...flavor was very similar, and as Silphium noted, is dominated by the malt complex...not bad at all

On tap at Hideout. Deep opaque brown-black body, thin tan head. Roasty, dry aroma with hints of sweet cherries. The body was essentially a dry stout, with roasted malt and coffee dominating the flavor profile, despite the cherry infusion. A much subtler cherry expression than most cherry stouts.
