Pours dark with an average size tan head. Aroma of roast, smoke, peat, and mild traces of hops to the nose. The flavor is smooth, roast, slight chocolate, peat, and some smokiness. It’s a pretty tarry charcoally stout. Nice intense bits. Too thin in the the mouth though.
