Sep 29, 2007 12 fl. oz bottle, thanks to BA richgo6. Hazy golden colour, decent and lasting head. Hoppy aroma, notes of marmelade too, hints of yeast. Spritzy mouthfeel. Spicy flavour with some less pleasant hints of stale marmelade, hoppy bitter finish and aftertaste. Not great, not bad, quite interesting.

Jan 25, 2003 Well I thought this stuff was pretty good. They had a rep from the brewery at Town & Country and he asked if I wanted a try. Well I said yes, bought a six-pack and got a free glass. Good deal... Anyway it has a light golden color and a malty/fruity smell. Taste is of malt and finishes with a bit of fruitiness. Overall it kind of reminds me of the BBC Steel Rail Ale which I also like a lot and nobody else does...

Jun 27, 2007 Hazy gold color with massive white head. Watery nose with the faintest citrus hop aroma. Faint malt character with light citrus hops in the body with a mildly bitter finish. T

Dec 16, 2002 Well, the guy at the beer store said this one,"was kind of a dark beer." I don’t usually trust the beer store guys, but I decided to take his word for it tonight. Well, I was drunk when I bought the beer, so it is no excuse because I should have realized that it was a pale ale...duh!@ Anyway, the beer isn’t bad, it has a malty aroma and reminds me of a "poor man’s Sam Adams." The Pats better win tonight, because the beer is just mediocre.

Mar 29, 2004 Cloudy deep golden in colow with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malt and oranges. Sweet malty flavor with some citrus,mild spice and acidity. Lingering dry,hoppy finish.

Jul 4, 2006 Got a single at John’s. The pour was hazy and medium gold with a white head. The aroma was typical with grapefruit, apricots and some peanuts. The taste had grapefruit rind and some hints of dry grass. A smooth palate.

Jul 20, 2007 Well, I haven’t been impressed by any of the High and Mighty lineup. This one pours to a hazy golden straw colored body with a thin creamy white head. Nice lacing. The aroma is candied pineapple with some light mango and subtle grains. The flavor is candied pineapple, grassy and floral hops that are lightly chalky, and grains. The palate is tart and over-carbonated with some chalkiness.

Mar 8, 2008 Bottle from beastiefan2k: Eugene was so generous that night! Pours a nice cloudy yellow with a white head. The nose is honeyish and flowery. Light body with a simple flavor. Honeyish and lightly sweet upfront with an herbal middle. The finish has a very late rind-like bitterness which is slightly inky. Lacks depth, boring.
