im with Andrew exactly on this one other than the palate. THe palate was just a bit thin to be great, but thats kind of the problem with most amber/red ales. Aroma and hop flavor were great though.

The hoppiness really stood out for a beer that is classified as an "amber". The taste was smooth and sweet and it led to a unique complex hop finish. Not indicative of the style, but a solid beer from this random little brewpub in Las Cruces, NM
