Draft - Light sweet grain and a bit of citrus. Clear gold with a rich white head. Wheat and some sweetness with a clean finish. Decent, but nothing special.

The beer pours from the growler with a one-finger thick, pale, off-white colored head. The beer is a brilliantly clear, copper hued color. The beer has quite a bit of buttery character, lots of malty character, but not much wheat character that I was expecting. the buttery notes really seem to dominate here.

Soft caramelized malt character, no real wheat character, a touch of metalic character, and a soft buttery note that becomes a bit morenoticeableas the beer warms up. The body is fairly light here, but definitely has a viscous quality to it.

Not bad, but a pretty standard wheat beer.

Tap @ High Desert. Pours a clear yellow appearance with an off white head. Straw, grainy wheat, a bit fruity, slightly herbal aroma. Light lemon fruitiness, fairly dry, a bit grainy flavor. Not very exciting but it’s easy to drink.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2004 good refreshing wheat brew in this desert climate here in New Mexico. just plain good and refreshing. ReRate-pours semi-cloudy light orange hue with a nice white head-fluffy. Aromas of citric hops ( i dont remember that much hops in this beer), red wheat, pale malts. Smells like a very fresh crisp beer. Flavors are hoppy, pale malts, grainy sweetnes and decent palate. A very respectible wheat, even after the fact I thought it sucked when I had it the first time.
