3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Crisp, deep crimson and bright amber body with a thick, three centimetre tall tan head that leaves an ugly lace. Aroma of bright grassy and floral hop note with some malt and a little dryness, but nothing to complex. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong floral bite with a dry flavour, some light resinous flavours and a touch of white grapes - not much else. Aftertaste shows a great yeast and herbal note with little other bittering notes. Overall, a decent beer with some nice herbal notes and a grassy finish - strong and floral, but doesn’t show much malt nor depth. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Colorado Liqour Outlet in Colorado Springs, Colorado on 02-January-2016, purchased by my boss, sampled at home in Washington when the Broncos won the Super Bowl on 07-February-2016.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A pretty simple aroma, this is a nice pale ale; nothing really stands out in the body. The finish is fairly dry.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Slightly hazy deep copper with a thin off white sticky head. Earthy caramalt nose with some bitter leafy fresh hops and a touch of toffee on the aroma. Crisp caramalty biscuity malt flavor with some bright grassy and leafy bitterness and just a kiss of lemon zest. Also a bit earthy sweet.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber from Coral Bay in Greeley. Golden orange pour with a bit of an
off-white head. Nice lacing! Aroma has sweet fruits, some pine and
some citrus. Maybe some honey. Taste is of bitter citrus, some pine,
some toffee and tropical fruits. Medium bodied and sticky with a bit
of alcohol. Finishes tangy bittersweet. Decent pale from a small-seeming local No. Colorado brewer. 13.7

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium amber.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (grapefruit), with light notes of lettuce and diacteyl.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Another flabby, clunky, dirty brew from High Hops. Strange that they would call this an APA...at 7% and 69 IBU, this is very obviously an IPA.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz can from Tipsy’s. Hazy dark amber appearance with an off-white head and sticky lacing. Aroma of leafy hops, greens, light resin, light citrus and sweet malts. Similar flavor, resinous, raw hops, leafy greens and sweet malts. Medium bitterness and moderate sweetness. Medium body with a lingering finish. Meh, it’s just OK.
