3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tampa, Fl. - Whole Foods - 22 oz bomber - murky, dark golden pour with a nice sticky white head that leaves plenty of lacing - marked down a notch due to the overpowering head that would not go down. Pungent aroma with plenty of grassy goodness and some white grape frutiness. Crisp lager flavor with some mintiness, melon-like fruitiness and a touch of pepper. Full, crisp mouthfeel - great for a lager.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
From the 22 ounce bomber bottled on Feb 06 2010. The pour is a hazy rsuty copper with a ridiculously overzealous puffy head about three inches thick. The aroma is a mild blend of bitterness and floral hops. The mouthfeel tends to be medium-smooth. The taste is hop-heavy with some appealing malts up front. While it wasn’t bad, it felt as if it hadn’t been fully fermented when I tried it and maybe I could have waited a few weeks.
