Bottle from City Grossmarkt Flensburg. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Cloudy yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate ginger notes. Powerfull ugly ginger flavor. harsh moderate bitter finish. Watery palate.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, soap, moderate to light heavy lemon - ginger. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, soapy, ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

33cl, new exclusive German brew Anno 2009, with ginger, from Haus der 131 Biere Hamburg, not complex brew, spicy and slightly sour/malty, not too heavy, yet not balanced, cloudy, good head, nothing special

Bottle. It’s an unclear, yellow beer with a dense, white head. Coriander, lemon and some pale malts on the nose. The flavor is too lemony and orangey, with some coriander and a little bitterness. Medium body, a bit sweetish. Bitter finish with a good dash of citrus. Not the typical ginger infused beer, drinkable indeed, but not very interesting. 110819

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass, citrus and hops.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy pale yellow with medium white head. Flavour is malt, wheat, citrus, little ginger and sweet.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours hazy golden with a fluffy white head. Lemon, hay and grain. Sweet and thin. Citrus and ginger.

Yellow and unclear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is acidic, faint ginger. Flavor is mainly acidic, light sweet, light bitter finish. Dry, watery texture.

Bottle 33 cl. Hazy pale yellow pour with a big white head that is quickly diminishing. Certainly a bad beer. Slightly sour aroma and taste. Acetic acid and undrinkable.
