On tap at the brewpub. Copper in color with no head. Has an unusual butter and vinegar aroma. Fruity, chocolatey, and sweet. Like a choc. covered strawberry. Odd concoction for an Irish Ale. Musty aroma. Has a good amount of diacetyl.
