COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nice enjoyable small sour. The base beer is a low alcohol rice based lager with a dose of Lacto. How to make a yellow fizzy beer drinkable!! A very quaffable summer treat.

Sampled on 5/26/2012. This Berliner Weisse pours a light yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, tart and funky. A medium to light bodied Berliner Weisse. The malts are fruity and tart, slightly funky and citrusy. The hops are citrusy. Nice carbonation. Good balance. A nice lighter tasting Berliner Weise, it tart and sour without being mouth puckering. A great summer session ale. Very easy drinking. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.

Pours a cloudy golden with a finger thick white head. Nose is tart fruit, malt and peaches. Nice body with a Berliner tartness and more peaches in the flavor. Lasting, almost woody finnish.

Pale yellow/straw in color with a white head. Really a crazy nose to this. Very fruity with pineapple, coconut, and lemon aromas at the forefront. Mild sweetness to it. The flavor is excellent as well. The same pineapple note carries over and gives the beer a great flavor and goes very well with the lactic acidity. Very light with moderate carbonation. Excellent beer.

On draft at The Trappist. Nice and warm outside, after an interesting wall from the BART station, this is just about the perfect beer. Pours a beautiful bright pineapple yellow with just a touch of haze, a white head nice white lacing. Nose is just a touch funky. Taste is nice - a light sour, perfect for the CA heat! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the RBSG 2012 Grand Tasting. Pale straw color with a white head. Lovely mild tart flavor, obvious rice influence but a nice floral peachy fruitiness fills it out. Very refreshing.

Keg at RBSG. Pours a hazy yellow color with good sized foam. Aromas of melon, lacto, strawberry, and yeast. The palate is medium bodied with flavors of pineapple, lemon, yogurt, and lacto. The palate is rich for the style and complex. Finishes dry with fine carbonation.

On tap at Sourfest (and several times since). Pours with a hazed, medium yellow hued body with a huge white head that leaves great lace. Aromas are grassy, grainy, estery, yogurt, tropical fruit, lacto, floral, cantaloupe and peach. Flavors are strongly of canned peaches, tart, fruity, lacto, tropical fruit esters. Lively bubbles with a dry finish. Very tasty.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours cloudy with a small white head. The aroma is great with mangos, lemongrass and wheat. The flavor has a sharp lemon, grapefruit tartness with some more wheat in the finish. Not a lot of yogurt in this one as the lacto influence is a bit weak. Theres a little citrus peel bitterness in the finish. Super refreshing and tasty.

Hazy straw pour with small creamy white head. Faintly sour nose. Smooth light, sweet and sour body. Peaches and lemons. Unique soft texture. Very lovely on a lot day.
