COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nice enjoyable small sour. The base beer is a low alcohol rice based lager with a dose of Lacto. How to make a yellow fizzy beer drinkable!! A very quaffable summer treat.

Pours a cloudy golden with a finger thick white head. Nose is tart fruit, malt and peaches. Nice body with a Berliner tartness and more peaches in the flavor. Lasting, almost woody finnish.

On tap at Sourfest (and several times since). Pours with a hazed, medium yellow hued body with a huge white head that leaves great lace. Aromas are grassy, grainy, estery, yogurt, tropical fruit, lacto, floral, cantaloupe and peach. Flavors are strongly of canned peaches, tart, fruity, lacto, tropical fruit esters. Lively bubbles with a dry finish. Very tasty.

On draft at GABF 2012. Pours a mildly hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is a nice bit of lemon, light fruit, and some lacto. Flavor follows the nose. Interesting take on the style.

Draft. Golden beer with an off-white head. Tart and light grain aroma. Tart and light sour flavor with lemon. Medium bodied. Refreshing. Tart and light sourness lingers with light lemon and light green apple.

On tap at the RBSG 2012 Grand Tasting. Pale straw color with a white head. Lovely mild tart flavor, obvious rice influence but a nice floral peachy fruitiness fills it out. Very refreshing.

Tap on the RBSG bus thanks to t0rin0 and the crew. Low haze golden pour. A bit darker than expected. Nose is apple pie, caramel, white vinegar, truffle oil, green apples, salt. Taste is heavy vinegar, diacetyl plus acetic acid. Thick butteriness. Very strange.

On draught at RBSG 2012. Thanks to Steve A. and Highwater for providing this beer t0rino for scoring it. I like their description "small sour". This pretty much hits the nail on the head. Sour but not too sour, very quaffable. Enjoyed it

Sampled on 5/26/2012. This Berliner Weisse pours a light yellow gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, tart and funky. A medium to light bodied Berliner Weisse. The malts are fruity and tart, slightly funky and citrusy. The hops are citrusy. Nice carbonation. Good balance. A nice lighter tasting Berliner Weise, it tart and sour without being mouth puckering. A great summer session ale. Very easy drinking. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
