COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Campfire Stout evokes fond memories of wilderness and camping adventures. Notes of chocolate and graham cracker topped with a hint of marshmallow will leave you wanting s’more. Like any campfire experience, this beer is best shared with a warm circle of family and friends.

Pours deep brown with an exceptional dark tan head. Full nose of graham crackers and chocolate. The flavor has a smooth marshmallow in addition to the influences in the nose, and surprisingly doesn’t go to sticky or cloying. Medium full mouthfeel and of course, a fair amount of sweetness.

My Bottom Line:
Vanilla, lactose and milk chocolate swim around in this silky take on a Milk Stout.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam covers the darkness.
-The nose is a surefire replica of marshmallows and melting milk chocolate.
-The mouthfeel is rich yet easygoing.
-The flavor profile is leaning too heavily on the vanilla and lactose, imho.
-This would be a dessert lover’s delight on nitro.
-Cereals (and graham crackers) could be more apparent in the flavor profile.

Black body with a brown head.
Aroma and flavour are caramel malt and sweet rum, with spicy notes. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Rich and intense.
Full body with average carbonation.

A very delicious stout. Tastes like a beer with a much higher abv.

Dark brown color, almost black with brown head. Aroma has a lactic / vanilla sweetness, biscuits, chocolate and a bit of roast / smoke. Taste is more roasty and bitter, not what I expected from the aroma. Just a bit of chocolate and vanilla in the background. Body is medium to heavy with low carbonation. Quite nice overall, really easy to drink. I expected "s’more" on the taste though.

Tap. Totally black with a tan head. Strong cocoa and sirup aroma, very slightly smokey. Very nice and easy to drink.

Great beer overall that definitely is campfire reminiscent. Dark in color and easily finds the graham cracker and marshmallow flavors. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The aroma has lots of graham cracker, marshmallow, milk chocolate, smooth roast and vanilla. Wonderful aroma. The taste is drier with milk chocolate, crackers, spices and woodiness. The finish has more cocoa. Really nice.

Draft pour pint at Frankies Pizza. Pours black with a tan foam head. Chocolate, sugar cookie like aroma. Flavor is marshmallow, chocolate, and cookie. So I guess it is like a s’more, though I can’t recall ever having a s’more in my lifetime so I guess I can’t be sure. I can be sure though that the beer is both good, and unique. Mild roasted and vanilla finish. Very nice.

Smells very nice like sweet vanilla biscuits, chocolate milk and a little bit liquorice. Pours very dark brown almost black with light brown head. The palate is a bit dissapointing as it should be much thicker.
