COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop Logic Imperial IPA is brewed for the true “hop head.” The nose bursts with fresh hop aromas while the palate is balanced with just enough bitterness to linger without overwhelming the more subtle among the hops flavors. The winning equation is — five quality malts plus five flavorful hops equals one fine beer! Sounds logical to us.

650ml at home. U: hazy golden amber with a fluffy yellowed head leaving nice lacings. D: Sweet honey caramel, apricot, mango, grapefruit, pine needles and wax crayons. Better when tempered. S: Sweet sticky caramel, honey, apricot, grapefruit, biscuits and a bit perfumy piney bitterness. M: Medium to big body with tickling carbonation and oily texture. Alcohol and bitterness numb the tongue a bit. T: A good example of an american west coast dipa. Maybe needs some extra depth but also definitely needs to be fresher.

22 oz bottle. Tasted on 5/17/14. Bottle from beer craft kings. The aroma has notes of pine, citrus & stone fruit. The taste was am smooth with a good sweetness upfront followed by a pretty dry finish. The hops a well balanced by the malt backbone. Not too sweet & a little less bitter than some DIPA’s. Overall a good DIPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

To old for sure . some pine-hops , Sweet , a bit . Aftertaste is bitter . Doable beer, but im pretty sure its to old. hopefully i’ll have another one so I can re-rate
