COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop Logic Imperial IPA is brewed for the true “hop head.” The nose bursts with fresh hop aromas while the palate is balanced with just enough bitterness to linger without overwhelming the more subtle among the hops flavors. The winning equation is — five quality malts plus five flavorful hops equals one fine beer! Sounds logical to us.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein orangegoldenes Bier mit großer Schaumkrone. Geruch intensiv malzig hopfig, fruchtig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig hopfig, bitter, leicht süß. Insgesamt ein sehr starkes Bier.

Clear orange honey colour body with a thick off white head. Grapefruit, grassy hops. Taste is sweet with light bitterness for an IPA but I personally prefer it like that.

Resins, pines, grass, tropical fruits, yellow grapefruit, lemons. Long, bitter and warming finish. Full body, medium carbonation. Good Imperial IPA.

650ml bottle from Bierkompass

Pours dark orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of caramely malts, floral hops, herbal notes, fruits, grass and hay. Taste is smooth, fruity and hoppy with herbal and floral notes, caramel, grass and hay. Finish is malty, bitter and hoppy with fruity notes, caramel and syrup. Okay DIPA. Feels a bit lighter than 9.5%

A bit musty aroma with malty, resiny notes, some hops and caramel. Also hints of hay. A bit bready feeling here. Flavour is hoppy with resiny malt, some caramel and hints of glue. Hides the ABV rather well. Nice.

650 ml bottle.
Pours a golden amber colour with a lacy head. Aroma of fresh apricot, caramel and some grassy herbal notes. Rich flavour of caramel, refreshing floral bitterness, resin, pineapple, herbs, tangy citrus, mango and biscuit.. Medium bodied, thick mouthfeel and a dry, bitter, mango, citrusy finish. Somehow this doesn’t feel like a double IPA. Drinkability is high. Good stuff.

Tap: Golden orange pour with minimal white head. Aroma is fresh hops full of citrus, mango, and peach mixed with caramel and bisquits. Flavor is mildly bittersweet with cooked peach, light citrus, bread, bisquit and caramel. Nice big flavors, easy drinking for a big beer. My sample was under-carbonated, I will have to try a better sample.
