Hop Riot IPA is our flagship beer. Brewed in the American IPA style with a definitive "Left Coast" attitude. We brew our IPA with an aggressive bitterning level which is complimented and balanced by a defined malt backbone. Our final signature is the dry hop step where fresh hops are immersed in the finished beer to provide the floral and citrus aromas of our IPA, a Hop Riot indeed.

"Not sure of the age on here as it ain’t dated and some of these bombers seem to sit. Seems a little faded. Light hop aroma of pine and a little tropical fruit. Flavor much the same but a touch on the malt heavy side. A little boring though I could see this having potential."

(High Water Hop Riot IPA) Bottle 650 ml at home, thanks to MarkoNm. Poured into a tulip glass. ABV 7.3% Golden orange colour on the body, slightly hazy, with a good sized and thick off-white head. Good retention, light lacing left behind. Aroma is quite fruity, with some citrus, orange peels, some mango too, biscuits. Taste also fruity, the hops have faded a bit but there are still traces of them, orange, mango, caramel malts. Mild bitterness on the aftertaste, with good duration. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Just a tad dry on the palate. Overall quite good, I can only imagine how much better it would be if fresher.
