Hop Riot IPA is our flagship beer. Brewed in the American IPA style with a definitive "Left Coast" attitude. We brew our IPA with an aggressive bitterning level which is complimented and balanced by a defined malt backbone. Our final signature is the dry hop step where fresh hops are immersed in the finished beer to provide the floral and citrus aromas of our IPA, a Hop Riot indeed.

Small yellowish head fed by finely carbonated, initially hazy glowing orange beer. Fruity, slightly grapey hops; hopoils, resin, spruce, juniper, spicy, but also apricot. Very bitter, metallic. Fruity, grapefruit, citruspeel, bitter melon. Very dry; finish is a tad empty. Astringency, resiny feel. Medium to well-bodied, however, spritzy. Decent, if slightly metallic IPA.

0.65 l bottle from Pivoteka Zagreb. Shared with Vi?nja. Thanks! Murky golden with small off white head. Citrus hops, grapefruit, brown sugar. Topical aromas, but also malts. Strawberry and biscuit. Medium hopped, strong malty background. More hops in nose then in mouth, but a hoppy finish is developed. Medium body, good bitter/sweet balance. A serious beer.

Light amber with small white head. Sweet honey and hops aroma. Taste starting with strong sweetness at the beginning if tongue and followed by good remaining bitterness. Too sweet for me, but otherwise good.

22FL OZ ($5.99) hard to find lil gem. Great IPA has lots of flavors and hops were well chosen. If you can find it try it.

@ Basunen 15-8-15: känns lite trött. Malt och trött humle. Lite smör, fin fyllighet. Nja.

Loads of fresh hops on the nose, but also a malt influence. The flavour lacks a sharp hop finish, the malt dominates the final taste.

Bottled at Flying Scotsman, Stockholm. Cloudy golden small head. Caramelly sugary nose. Sweet with medium body and sticky mouthfeel. Limp caramel dominates totally. Peppery bitter finish.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2015 Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, orange, biscuity malt, caramel, pine, leaves, some floral notes, hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a medium bitter finish. Too malty and sweet, but still drinkable. Not a "hop riot" at all.
