22 oz bottle shared by drsordr. Pours a clear honey amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma has resin and citrus hops, perhaps some catty notes, caramel malt; pretty nice overall. The flavor has everything in the nose with toasted malt and a touch of the alcohol. Decent bitterness to the finish.

22 oz. bottle, sent from Neillago (thanks a lot, man), pours an opaque cloudy vibrant orange amber with a medium beige head. Aroma is both very hoppy and malty, with loads of resinous hops, big caramel malt, and grapefruit. Flavour is very juicy and bitter, with loads of grapefruit, oranges, truckloads of resinous hops, and a thick caramel malt background. There are also some perfumey floral notes. Despite the big malt backbone, there is almost no sweetness here. The grapefruit and resin take centre stage and completely dominate the palate. The balance isn’t the best, though the flavours are very pleasant. Not an easy drinking one, due to the heaviness from the malt, but very enjoyable.

Bottled. Clear amber color, medium frothy off-white head. Aroma of biscuity malts together with piney hops, some grapefruit. Big bitterness, piney again. Quite typical american DIPA, pretty straightforward. Quite dry in taste, big bold bitterness and a typical malt base. Lacks a bit complexity though.

Wow I really enjoyed this beer, a really true Imperial IPA, lots of fruity notes on the nose, very malty sweetness supported with a lot of bitterering hops which creates a veryt very well balanced beer. EXCELLENT.

Bottle from Beers of the World, Rochester, NY. Pours a hazy orange with a white head. This beer may have the strongest pure mango note I’ve ever smelled. Its pretty amazing in the nose. Taste is a combination of tropical fruit and abrasive bitterness. Finishes long and bitter with a lingering hop spiciness. Really fucken good. Yes!

Flaske: Orange klar øl med et fint skumhoved. Hård duft af amerikansk humle, en smule kattetis, men ellers mest citrus. Mundfylden er markant præget af en aggressiv bitterhumling. Fin øl men skulle nok have været lidt friskere.

650ml bottle from Høkeren

Pours clear dark orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of resiny hops, pine, grass and caramely malts. Taste is malty, caramely and resiny with some resiny hops, pine and grass. Finish is sweetish and malty with loads of hops and resiny notes. Alcohol burns through a bit. Okay, quite malty and heavy DIPA.

650 ml bottle.
Pours a copper colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of caramel malts, strong gooseberry bush and grass. Flavour of juicy, burning bitter floral hops, caramel, strong resin and some alcohol. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel and a very long, warming, lingering bitter and resiny finish. Hardcore.

65 cl bottle.
Pours clear golden-copper color with a small head. Aroma of citrusy hops, some floral notes, mandarin, orange peel and some resin. Flavor of resiny hops, caramel malts, orange, pine needles, some wood and hints of syrup. Harsh bitter and somewhat slick palate with a lingering caramelly finish, some alcohol burn at the end also. A Big Beer.
