Had in a flight of 6. Poured very dark with light head and low to medium lacing. Very rich taste evocative of chocolate, coffee, and malt. A real palate pleaser and would be excellent on a cool fall afternoon around a campfire, or on a cold winter evening.

12oz bottle. "Highland"... Fun name for a brewery. Might be an appropriate choice for tomorrow’s holiday. Black color. Thin lighter brown head. Couple dots of lace. Medium body, not much chewiness to it though. Moderate, crisp carbonation. Some roasty malt, light dark chocolate. Little coffee, but less than I was expecting for a "mocha" stout. Good big bitter taste. Solid bitter and robust stout.

First try from Highland Brewing and I gambled on this sixer hoping they didn’t botch a stout; They didn’t! Excellent quality with all the roasted, chocolate, coffee, and even burnt caramel flavors coming through nicely. Feels a tad thin for me, but overall I was not disappointed.
