| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 6, 2005 Deep clear brown, mostly lasting off-white head. Very grainy nose, proposing light roastiness, vegetal beany coffee and not much else. Plain and simplistic, it evolves into a fizzy roasty, grainy and astringent water. Below average malt extraction. Light-medium bodied, moderately high carbonation. Seems almost unfinished, yet with little potential. I certainly didn’t find anything close to the richness my peers seem to have noticed. hopdog (5550), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

Lots of roasted malts and chocolate notes in the nose. Lightly sweet, mocha flavor. Medium-bodied with a skim milk mouthfeel and faint carbonation. Chocolaty, coffee finish. Appropriately named. Kudos to TURDFERGUSON for floating the bottle my way! bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA
