COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our ever-changing spiced winter seasonal. A tasty brew that complements all your holiday festivities. It is typically malty in body, lightly hopped, and rounded out with spices that we vary from year to year.

22 oz bottle. A little lighter than expected, good aftertaste but does not last. I would prefer more body and less carbonation.

Bottle. Appearance: very clear auburn brown with big foamy off-white head that lingers quite a while. Aroma: really very mild but hints of vanilla and some biscuit. Taste: the taste really stands out with vanilla, nuttiness, maybe cinnamon, a nice floral hoppiness, some biscuit and just a slight hop bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel: fairly thin bodied with medium carbonation. Overall: it's a beautiful looking beer but the aroma is so mild and the texture is a little thin for my liking. Ultimately, though, the taste is really quite delicious and the spicing is just right (for a guy who really isn't big on spicy Christmas type ales). Very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mild aroma, stronger flavor. Lots of vanilla and cocoa, some roasted malt flavors in the finish.

A little lite for my taste in the look, palate and body but has a nice nose and good depth of flavor. This one is better a little cool, and really great for a lighter winter brew. Try it!

Reddish copper in color with minimal head. Aroma is dominated by the vanilla. I caught the slightest hint of raspberry or possibly imagined it. As it warmed the cinnamon became more prominent. The taste was all vanilla and malt. The cranberry and hazelnut flavors contributed little to this beer. The ingredients list was busier than the finished product which is a good thing. Not sure i’d have enjoyed a strong raspberry cranberry cinnamon vanilla flavor combo. Would recommend for the novelty if nothing else

Tap at House of Beers in Dunedin, FL. Rich deep crimson pour with a very clingy white head. Cinnamon and pit fruit - really nice winter beer.

Pours a beautiful auburn-brown with a white head that lingers as a small lacing. The aroma is gentle malt with a hint of fresh hops. Clean & inviting the first taste. First sip...Wow! An amazing explosion of vanilla, fruitiness, possibly cinnamon and other fruity flavors. Very drinkable! Finishes lingering vanilla and nutty. Do a quich swish and pick up an interesting taste of vanilla complimented with toasty-Brady malts, hazelnut and an interesting fruit background. Taste Cold Mountain with a Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nector.!

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 2012 version. Pours a beautiful, clear mahogany color, with a short-lived beige head. Lacing is good nonetheless. The beer is mildly spicy and a bit fruity, including raspberry and a surprising apricot note in the nose that’s present but subdued in tasting. Cinnamon and plenty of vanilla in both; perhaps too much vanilla in the flavor. O: A fine winter warmer mis-classified as a "fruit/herb/vegetable" beer.

Bomber----->nonic. Pours a clear light brown with a small, thick white head and pretty good lacing. Aroma is roasted malt and cinnamon. Flavor has roasted malt, cocoa, and slight spice. Decent creamy palate with a tad bit of carbonation. Nice winter beer that I will definitely revisit.

Great winter spice flavor. My favorite of the season. Had it on Draft. Definitely top ten of winter 2012
