COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dynamite Porter is a collaborative effort between Highland’s brewmaster, John Lyda, and Dynamite Roasting Co.’s roastmaster and co-owner Andy Gibbon. Andy brewed at Highland before pursuing his dream of roasting coffee professionally. This robust porter has a full body with some hints of chocolate from the Chocolate Malt and Midnight Wheat. Hop aroma was intentionally lowered to showcase the roasty chocolate flavors and subtle fruit and spice notes of Dynamite’s exceptional coffees. It was infused with coffee both during the brew and during the conditioning period with WNCW 88.7FM Mountain Morning Blend. This special combination of Fair-Trade/Organic Mexico Chiapas, Peru San Ignacio and Ethiopia Sidamo will be sure to start your day right. This blending of exceptional ingredients and talents was specifically chosen to showcase three exceptional companies; Highland Brewing Company, Dynamite Roasting Co and WNCW 88.7.
