COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A deep amber colored American ale, featuring a rich malty body. Cascade and Willamette hops add a complex hop flavor and aroma. This ale is exceptionally balanced between malty sweetness and delicate hop bitterness.

clear copper, fine beige head, dark caramel malt aroma with earthy hops, sweet caramel flavor with a really nice candy caramel character, light hops add balance but otherwise stay out of the way of the hops, light bitterness in the finish

Bottle from Vintage Cellar. Pours amber with a slight beige head. Aroma is fruity. Flavor is malty and fruity. Touch of tobacco. Finishes with somewhat roasted malt, really light butter/diacetyl, and some hop. Starts to suggest toffee.

Draft sample at Knoxville Brew Jam. Poured a clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkale ale.

Tap at Taco Mac. Copper pour. Small head. Aroma is nice and malty balanced out with some good floral hops. Flavor has some sweetness, but it countered with the right amount of bitterness. Pretty damn good.
