COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A deep amber colored American ale, featuring a rich malty body. Cascade and Willamette hops add a complex hop flavor and aroma. This ale is exceptionally balanced between malty sweetness and delicate hop bitterness.

Dark amber / reddish color. Nice hop profile, but a tad too sweet for me - not quite what I’d call a session beer. Toast, caramel, butterscotch.

Drank on tap at the Mellow Mushroom in Raleigh, poured into a pint glass. Pours a nice dark amber color with light beige head. Couldn’t pick up on any distinctive aromas. But has nice flavor and very well balanced, you can taste the hops along with everything else!

Pours golden-red with a slight off-white head. Nose is fairly generic amber ale and not very potent. This pattern holds for the flavor; it’s a decent, drinkable beer not no part of it stands out in a meaningful way.

On tap at Pig Floyd’s in Orlando, FL. Aroma is honey, malts, slight hops. Taste is the same... a good balanced amber with malts up front and a mild bitter finish.

Pours golden copper with thick white head. Aroma is all but absent. Very malty, sweet up front and hoppy aftertaste though not too bitter - is that orange peel? Full bodied with light carbonation on tap. Overall really enjoyable beer. Would definitely order again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
