Dark cloudy copper, medium head. Floral aroma. Buttery. Surprisingly complex...Bitter at first, and then balances out smoothly. Well done. Once again, thanks Seymour!

Bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of bread, earthiness and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, earthiness and light citrus with a smooth moderatly bitter finish.

I find the hoppiness in this beer to be harsh and off-putting. Hoppy without the smoothness that a lot of IPAs have. Pours golden with a moderate head. A little harsh for my tastes.

Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma is caramel and citrus. Taste is mostly sweet with faint citrus bitters. Smells better then it tastes, the citrus bitterness I expected from the aroma never materialized.

Draft at brewpub. Pours yellow with a thin white head. Notes of pine on the nose. Subtle citrus notes on the tongue with a hint of bitterness on the finish. Solid!

Bottle to pint. Looks alright; a little light in color though. Smells like a hopped up bitter/skunky lager. Tastes alright, although not very balanced. Mouthfeel is average. Not my cup of Earl Grey.

Citrus Hops, Sweet Yeasts, Malts and Barley with a mild Floral Hoppy taste which blends in with the flavor. Feels rather crisp and refreshing. Good tasting beer, but I would classify this as a Belgian Pale Ale because of the flavor which I’m getting.

Not sure how they call this an ipa. Aroma is citrus and hay like. Bitter up front then finishes very astringent. Was difficult to drink so I chugged the rest of it. Then I drank water, not another one.

12 oz. bottle. Pours pale gold, with a medium, off-white head. The aroma is white bread, hay, and citrusy hops. The flavor is mildly bitter, with light fructose sweetness. The palate is light to medium, and unpleasantly astringent. Overall, this is a fair IPA.
