COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brilliant, dry pale ale with an aggressive hop character balanced with a smooth finish. A bold beer best consumed with a stiff upper lip.

Drank from the bottle. Aroma is strange for an ipa. It smells like a macro-brew. The taste is the same with just the faintest bit of hops. The head brewer should hang himself. What a piss poor excuse for a craft beer.

Bottle Vines Dr Phillips. A bit too much sweetness at the start, but this peterd out to not much in the finish. In between theres a fizzy bitterness on the tongue and some caramel but its a bit lacking.

Overall good IPA. Enjoyable taste of hops. Not overpowering but that means not too powerful. Good not great.

Dark cloudy copper, medium head. Floral aroma. Buttery. Surprisingly complex...Bitter at first, and then balances out smoothly. Well done. Once again, thanks Seymour!

Bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of bread, earthiness and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, earthiness and light citrus with a smooth moderatly bitter finish.

I find the hoppiness in this beer to be harsh and off-putting. Hoppy without the smoothness that a lot of IPAs have. Pours golden with a moderate head. A little harsh for my tastes.

Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma is caramel and citrus. Taste is mostly sweet with faint citrus bitters. Smells better then it tastes, the citrus bitterness I expected from the aroma never materialized.

Draft at brewpub. Pours yellow with a thin white head. Notes of pine on the nose. Subtle citrus notes on the tongue with a hint of bitterness on the finish. Solid!
