COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Also available bottled.

Appearance: pale and golden, straw yellow in colour.
Nose: delicate fruity hop with a hint of maris otter maltiness.
Palate: soft malt with a fruity hoppy middle, drier hop in the finish which lingers pleasantly.
Summary: a very refreshing easy drinking Orkney Light Ale. Hopped with in 2008 American and Polish hops early and late in the copper.One to enjoy with any type of food at any time of day. It does not have to be strong to be exceptional.

500ml bottle from The Wine Cellars, Lutterworth. Pours dusted straw with an initially dense billow of foam. Crisp and slightly biting with good stewed hop notes; tea, honey, some lemon bitterness. Tea and biscuit afters. Soapy, slightly sickbowl-accented aroma with pine, honey and orange breaking through. Pleasant.

On cask at The Bow Bar. Pours a blonde colour with a thin white head. Aroma of zesty lemon with grassy hops, yeast and barley. Similar flavours with a dry finish. Mild carbonation and light CO2 pickle.

Bottled, from The Scottish Real Ale Shop, Kilmahog. Lightly hazy pale golden. Grassy spicy nose. Dry and light bodied, crisp and hoppyand lightly grainy. Long resiny bitterness.
