A non-traditional wheat beer that is styled in line with an American IPA, brewed with Simcoe and Chinook hops and dry hopped with lemongrass and rosemary, a unique twist on the style. Brewed on Highland’s pilot system.

I’ve alay thought that rosemary would be a good adjunct for a wheat beer. This works pretty well, actually, with notes of rosemary and a nice black peppery flavor playing off the subtle citrus notes. I liked it. On tap, Barley’s Asheville.
