Comments: Smooth=edged lager with light orange juice acidity over direct toastiness. Not bad, but a far cry from many Viennas from the other brewers within kilometres.
TBone (5116), Pori, Finland Jul 27, 2007 Draught@brewpub, Vienna
Clear amber color, creamy beige head, lace. Roasted, ashy malty, lightly hoppy aroma. Malts, tobacco, rye bread and woody hop flavors. Dry, rye bready and citrusy aftertaste. spporras (260), Finland May 28, 2007 (Draught at the brewpub) Malty and mildly hoppy aroma. Brown yellow colour, hazy and white, average size head with good lacing. Malty, fruity, hoppy and slightly bitter flavour. Softly carbonated and light to medium-bodied palate with a a hint of metalness. 18/05/07 Geiserich (1541), Vienna, Austria Jun 22, 2005 Sampled draught at the brewpub
Malty, light sweet aroma, fruity. Small creamy head, orange deep, cloudy color. Pity, grainy-malty flavor but few sweetness. Quite astringent, light dry finish and a bit watery. Quite unbalanced beer.
