COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rich, full-bodied and powerful... hmmmmm? Maybe I should've called this "Yuppy Shake!" Huge hoppy rates help balance the malty alcohol flavor of this high-octane brew – a flashback in a glass.

Tap @ Bittercreek - Pours an opaque orange with a small off white head...aroma is grapefruity and resinous hops and caramel malt...flavour is the same, dry dark malt and hops, slight frutiness...pretty nice, nothing too crazy going on here, but enjoyable...

Full, thick tan head. Clear, dark orange appearance. Fragrant bouquet of flowery-citrusy hops. A blast of hops and thick mouthfeel greets the first sip. A large amount of caramel malt(s) leads to a sweet backbone. Bitter after-taste lingers a bit. An all-around great beer.

On tap at the brewpub with the cousin. Looks a lot more like an amber ale/winter ale type brew. Decent caramel malt backbone with its fair share of lovely resiny pine hops. Good brew and about the amount of flavor you’d expect for sub 6 abv.

On tap at Highlands Hollow Boise, Pours out a cloudy amber topped with a off white head. Nice light hop aroma on this one. Tast of malts, hops, and a little sweet. Just a little bitter at the end but not much.
