Pläkki on elegantti fuusio tummia sävyjä ja uuden mailman humaloiden aromikkuutta. Pehmeän paahteinen ja avokätisesti humaloitu olut, jossa juotavuus kohdallaan. Yksinkertaista, muttei yksitoikkoista.

Nautiskeluun, Rahmanovilla tai ilman.

BOTTLE 33 CL from rosenbergh. Thank you, Jan! Look: pitch black with a big espresso head with good retention. Aroma: mostly hoppy, floral, light citrus, licorice, dusty/ashy too. Taste: hoppy, quite dry, medium to strong hop bitterness, charry but not really roasted.

(Hiisi Pläkki) Bottle 330 ml at home, from Euro Swap and rosenbergh, thanks! Served into a tall tulip, ABV 6.3% Totally black colour on the body, huge beige head, maybe more than half of the glass. Thick and creamy with excellent retention and not just because of its size. Medium lacing on the glass. Lots of citrus on the aroma, fresh lemon leaves. Taste also of citrus, lemon leaves, grapefruit, roasted malts on the finish. Mildly bitter and long aftertaste. Medium thin body, active carbonation. Dry palate. Very good black IPA.

330ml Bottle (Bryggeri Helsinki, Helsinki) - Black with a tan head. Liquorice, soapy hops and roasted malt in the aroma. Hoppy, roasted and slightly soapy taste with notes of liquorice, coffee and cocoa. Nice and easy to drink.

Draft at the SOPP. The aroma is nice but could be stronger. Black body, nice beige head. The taste is good, more like a hoppy porter. Good long hoppy finish.

Pours a super dark black/brown with a tan head... A bit of a gusher. The smell is roasted malt, fruit, brown sugar. The taste is dark roasted malt, fruit, brown sugar, citrusy ending dry. The body is light + with active carbonation. The carbonation was off on my bottle but pretty decent taste.

Bottle at Bryggeri, Helsinki. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy off white head. The aroma is grassy hop, light malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a grassy nettle pine needle light spice hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A great example of the style.

Cola black beer with a huge dark beige head. Looks really good. Roasted and fruity aroma with berries. Roasted flavor with red berries. Some sweetness. Medium bitterness. Medium carbonation. Quite nice, combination of a stout and an IPA.

Appearance: Black color with a nice big frothy beige head. Nice lacing.
Aroma: Mild grapefruit hoppy, roasted malt, coffee and mild fruity.
Palate: Medium to full body. Tad sweet and a fine bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Mild grapefruit hoppy, rich roasted, coffee, chocolate and mild fruity.
Overall impression: My first BIPA from Finland. Thanxxx Rosenbergh! I really liked it. But felt it was more a nice hoppy porter.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Rosenbergh

Bottle. Aroma is at the same time roasted and fruity hoppy. Equal intensities. Clear very dark colour. Stable head. Taste is fruity, plums, light roasted sourness. Overall quite strong roasted presence. Fruity hops. Quite nice balance, drinkable. Good beer.
