COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Anna (1902 - ? ) was our grandfatherís sister; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings. In her honor, this Honey Saison is crafted from American malted barley, European and American hops, Vermont wildflower honey, our distinctive farmhouse yeast and water from our well. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Anna. 6.5% ALC/VOL 14ļ P Ingredients: Pale Malt, American and European Hops, Vermont Wildflower Honey, Ale Yeast, and our Well Water.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours an almost clear body and a golden color, with a dense, white finger-thick head. Itís very fruity on the nose, with some peppery saison yeast, a light funky hint, some flower I guess is from the honey and then some more fruityness. Some bitterness in the mouth, with hints of oranges. Peppery yeast, flower notes and a wee malty touch in the flavor. Itís dry and pleasantly carbonated, with a lasting finish of tropical fruits, peppery yeast hints, bitterness, flower and honey. Nothing but delicious. 160102

Tap @Warpigs. A classic saison, honey colored with hay/barnyard and yeasty taste, but with citrus funk and just so clean, like most HF beers. Excellent.
