375ml bottle pours dark black brown with a half finger of pale tan head. Nose is fruity bourbon spice, touch of booze, dark fruit, bitter cocoa. Taste is rich lightly fruity cocoa, dark chocolate, intertwined notes of maple and sublte woodiness. Medium mouthfeel. Finish is roasty charred maple toast and chocolate chips, some dark vanilla coffee bean, touch of bourbony fruit. Delicious.

Poured from bottle into a tulip: Pours motor oil black with a thick tan head. Aroma of maple, bourbon, caramel, roasted malt, and sweetness. Taste is really sweet but not overly so. Lots of cocoa, maple, vanilla, and a bit of anice. Low carbonation, heavy body, really sweet sipping beer. Really tasty.

Pour is jet black with a thin amount of light brown head. Nose is vanilla, fudge, milk chocolate, light roast and bourbon with a good bit of syrup. Taste is rich, tons of maple sugar, lots of fudge and milk chocolate, the roast isnt really there. Bourbon is moderate in the finish. Full bodied, soft carbonation, very creamy and drinkable.

Wow! This is an amazing beer. Pours dark black with small brown head. Thick. Aromas of pitted fruit, dark chocolate, hint of espresso, some booze. Mildly sweet, rich and bold. Full bodied with mild carbonation that is just perfect to deliver the taste. A bit of roast. The taste is not boozy at all for the high ABV. Finishes much like a port or moscatel. Amazing

Minimal head, if any. Smells like maple syrup, which seeps deeply into the palate. Maple galore; minimal bourbon presence. Really fking good.

(375ml bottle) deep brown, clear edges, fine tan bubbles. Nose of bourbon, maple, chocolate, big alcohol. Taste of maple, bourbon, cream, light wood, light roast, thinnish body, but a great beer nonetheless.

Bottle... Murky dark-brown pour with a small creamy, beige head. Decent retention. The bouquet is restrained, but Im finally able to pull notes of bourbon, dark chocolate and char from my glass. Full-bodied and syrupy with pillow-soft carbonation. The flavor is sweet, boozy and roasty with a warming finish. Unlike most bourbon barrel-aged imperial stouts that I have the opportunity to try, Im picking up no vanilla, toasted coconut or toasted oak here. Bottle courtesy of landhoney!

Bottle at home with friends, courtesy of Armin. Huge thanks for this one man!!! Pour is deep black with a frothy tan head and good lacing. Big roasty, toasted coconut, chocolate, big maple syrup, somewhat nutty, leathery, and woody aroma. Taste is big dark chocolate, coconut pie, bourbon, sweet maple syrup, oaky, leather, and toasted malt with a sweet cocoa finish. Thick mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Such a delicious and decadent stout.
