Bottle shared by pantanap. Thanks, buddy. Pours a orange golden hue, gentle haziness with frothy whitish head atop. Mellow ring sticks around, laces small. Aromas are nice touches of white grape, gentle apple and pear, some yeastiness and spice. Touches of citrus, bready malts and cereal. Some melon, touches of oak and mellow funk. Initial is lighter end of the fold, a bit dulled with touches of gentle melon, faint citrus. Dulled carbonation and gentle funk. Some cobwebs, yeasty spice and mellow oak. Middle is a touch deadened, faint metalllic element. Some funk, gentle tartness. Backend shows some tart white grape, earth and bready malt. A bit tart, gentle funk and yeastiness. Finish is dry, gentle earth and funk with cobwebs, faint pineappple, and cobwebs. Nice stuff.

Gold pour, fairly large head. Aroma of funk, lemongrass, white wine, oak, yeast. Fairly tart up front, barnyard, white grape, lemongrass, white wine, oak, pepper, some hop bitterness in there as well. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Quite lovely.

Bottle from a trade a while back and shared with the crew. Light yellow muted color. Wafting aroma with yeast and lemon and grassy hops. Funky for a saison. Very noticeable pepper flavors. Finish is a little yeast and slight band aid hops/yeast combo but faint and nice.

Bottle shared by jrob21 and drank with the group. Wow if it wasn’t for Sante Adarius, this would have stole the show on a day where the lineup was absurd. Bright lemon peel, some white wine notes, funk, superbly dry, oak. Damn damn good stuff

Bottle shared by Eric at GTMW ticket line, was pumped to try this one, pours a hazy gold with a thick white head and tons of lacing in the glass, the aroma was awesome, funk mixed in with some wine notes and bright fruit at the same time, the flavor has a tart front end with quite a bit of wine and fruit in the finish, awesome mouthfeel, good stuff, please send.

Hazy blond pour with small white head. Aroma is rustic and winey. Nice white wine aroma with some bugs and a touch of citrusy hops. The rusticity reminds me of Clara and the white wine combined with NZ hops showcase Juicy’s personnality. Tast is gently tart with a light bitter hop presence and some yeast. Flavor is more tame than I would like but this beer is highly drinkable even per HF standards. Carbonation is rather low a saison. A very good saison but not better than the sums of its parts especially due to its low carbonation.

Draft at ’13 Saison Fest. Pours a hazy orange amber. Flavor and nose of citrus rind, light tart, funk on nose, lemon, yeast. Nice balance of earthy saison base and juiciness from barrel aging. Great.
