Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong white wine barrel and oak. Thin mouthfeel with nice lemon zest, light funk and oak with lingering dry finish, very good.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Buttery aroma, yet no diacetyl on the palate. Spicy, funky, grassy, oaky taste. Funk & sourness balance impeccably, in typical Shaun fashion. Pretty tasty despite the aroma.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle shared by levifunk...thanks Levi! - Pours hazy yellow with a thin bubbly white head. Nose is yogurt, pineapple, citrus rind, sweat, light tartness, light woodiness. Has an overripe quality to it. Taste is bitter apple, lemon, grapefruit, yogurt, with a dry tartness on the finish. Soft, well-carbonated and fluffy body. Very good stuff.

>> Thank you James for the share. Gusher! Low carbonation and no foam sadly, all CO2 must have gone out of solution. Nose is butterscotch, vanilla, pretty funky, salty. Aroma opens up to peach, peaches and cream, salt. Taste is spicy, salty, dusty, mild acetic, sharp peach. Salty sour finish. Gets slight pickle in the nose. Taste is a bit leathery. Nice, complex, but a work in progress. It’s a ’fail’ for Hill Farmstead, which is an A for everyone else.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle shared with and courtesy of Al, huge thanks brah. Pours hazy golden with small white head, a touch of lacing. Scent is lemons, oak, and funk. Aroma has just a bit too much of the wine barrel...it’s a buttery oak thing that I only like in smaller doses. Flavor is amazing though...lemon, wet minerals, oak, peach, sprees, and other barn candy funk. Lighter bodied. Really nice stuff from the delicate genius Seany Hill.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
375mL bottle, sent Marheb (thanks a lot, Martin), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is exquisite, with notes of white wine, oak barrels, funk, and juicy citrus notes. Flavour brings out a mix of barnyard funk from the unblended lambic, rustic farmhouse notes, and citrus. Exquisitely complex, with the lambic notes more front-and-centre than "Art". Excellent stuff.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle. Glowing sunny gold, with a lasting ring of foam and some veil. Aroma is marvellous with funk, cheese and barnyard from the lambic. Definitly feels like Cantillon. Art is also present with white wine, honey and earthy peppery hops. Taste is puckering lemon, white wine, juicy hops and citrus rind. Mouthfeel is sharp and dry as it should be. White wine and honey makes it a little bit more mellow but it feels more like a lambic. Awesome lambic with a saison touch. Definitely more pungent than #6 and at least on par with #5 which I loved.
