3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
From short notes...
Clear yellow straw pour with no head. Nose is white wine and bitter tannins, citrus, and nice Brett's. Still some diactyl and the distinct HF BA saison character. Lightly sour and dry end. Nice palate. Taste is the same with more Lemon and yeast. All the HF BA saisons have the same feel to me. Good drinking beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared by Koen @ "Zunt Om Nog Langer Te Bewaren" tasting (ZONLTB). Hazy, even a bit murky or milky pale yellow to orange color (must admit I poured the last of the bottle), small white head. Smell and taste sourish, orangepeel, apricot, farmhouse, lightly yeast. Hmm quite fruity and sourish. Decent body and carbonation. Quite pleasant.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow pour with a white head. Brett, yeast, and citrus aromas. Tart, but not overly so, with lemon zest, brett, yeast, and woody highlights. Grass and floral lowlights. Good body, balance, and mouthfeel. Not overly complex, but solid and very drinkable.
