UPDATED: NOV 12, 2013 375ml bottle pours hazy semi-clear gold with small 1 finger head. Nose is funk, barrel, tart golden apples and hay, straw. Mouthfeel is so well balanced, delicate but not thin, just the right amount of moderate carbonation. Taste is bright tart apple skin, funky, woody, hay, citrus, grape, barnyard. Finish is complex white grape, oak, earthy, barrel notes. Complex, elegant, delicious. Wonderful!

Bottle shared by levifunk...thanks Levi! - Pours hazy yellow with a thin bubbly white head. Nose is yogurt, pineapple, citrus rind, sweat, light tartness, light woodiness. Has an overripe quality to it. Taste is bitter apple, lemon, grapefruit, yogurt, with a dry tartness on the finish. Soft, well-carbonated and fluffy body. Very good stuff.

>> Thank you James for the share. Gusher! Low carbonation and no foam sadly, all CO2 must have gone out of solution. Nose is butterscotch, vanilla, pretty funky, salty. Aroma opens up to peach, peaches and cream, salt. Taste is spicy, salty, dusty, mild acetic, sharp peach. Salty sour finish. Gets slight pickle in the nose. Taste is a bit leathery. Nice, complex, but a work in progress. It’s a ’fail’ for Hill Farmstead, which is an A for everyone else.

Bottle shared with and courtesy of Al, huge thanks brah. Pours hazy golden with small white head, a touch of lacing. Scent is lemons, oak, and funk. Aroma has just a bit too much of the wine barrel...it’s a buttery oak thing that I only like in smaller doses. Flavor is amazing though...lemon, wet minerals, oak, peach, sprees, and other barn candy funk. Lighter bodied. Really nice stuff from the delicate genius Seany Hill.

375mL bottle, sent Marheb (thanks a lot, Martin), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is exquisite, with notes of white wine, oak barrels, funk, and juicy citrus notes. Flavour brings out a mix of barnyard funk from the unblended lambic, rustic farmhouse notes, and citrus. Exquisitely complex, with the lambic notes more front-and-centre than "Art". Excellent stuff.

Bottle - Pours a golden yellow w/ a frothy white head. A nice funky smell. The taste is wonderful. Funk, slightly tart, a little lemon/citrus notes on the backend. This is very solid.

Bottle. Glowing sunny gold, with a lasting ring of foam and some veil. Aroma is marvellous with funk, cheese and barnyard from the lambic. Definitly feels like Cantillon. Art is also present with white wine, honey and earthy peppery hops. Taste is puckering lemon, white wine, juicy hops and citrus rind. Mouthfeel is sharp and dry as it should be. White wine and honey makes it a little bit more mellow but it feels more like a lambic. Awesome lambic with a saison touch. Definitely more pungent than #6 and at least on par with #5 which I loved.

Bottle shared by Pat, thanks! Hazed golden color with a creamy white head. Nose is slightly buttery and sweet. Flavor is dry, light funk, oak and a sweet finish. Preferred the fresh bottle of Arthur we had a long side this or fresh-ish Art. Overall this sample was a little disappointing given (colossal) expectations for it. However, some other saisons from HF like cd 5 and juicy have had some "peaks and valleys" as they age so I’m optimistic for future bottles of this along with everyone else’s raves.

Pours a medium to deep golden color with a finger of white foam. Nose is layered with wet musky barrel funk, stonefruit, unripe pineapple straw. The palate follows with lots of chardonnay character, dry dusty funk definite drie character, light unripe stonefruit, beeswax, some floral field grass, lingering minerality.

Un nez de chardonnay et de jeune lambic, une fusion fruitée entre la carambole et l’ananas, belle sauvagerie. Les même notes suivent en bouche avec l’assaut beurré qui reste après la disparition de l’acidité. Superbe assemblage.

Pours a murky pale orange with a thin white lacing. Bright orange and citrus aromas followed by funk and grape notes
