Bottle. Blond-orange pour with a long lasting ring of foam. Aroma is cheesy (lambic-like), fruity (pinneaples and pears) and grassy hops. Some light brett and cherries. Taste is citrus, oak and hops. There is a hoppy and lemon rind bitterness along with a orange citric tartness and some yeast. Very nice complexity and easily drinkable.
