Bottle, 05/11/2015. Pours a clear golden amber, small pillow of a head fades to a haze on the surface leaving soapy lacing. Funk and fruit up front in the aroma with apricot, mango, grassy barnyard notes and citrus with sour dry-hopped notes. Taste of grapefruit and lemon, mild tartness with nice funk, wood, and hop bitterness in the finish. Light body, not overly carbonated. Really nice, reminiscent of fresh Iris.

mcberko (8702) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 3, 2015
375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out notes of soap, farmhouse notes, floral notes, and citrus. Flavour brings out lots of citrus, soapy floral notes, and light oak. Doesn’t linger very long on the palate. Not the most complex of the series, but certainly quite dynamic and lovely.
