This beer is not quite as complex as the Abner or Heady Topper but my gawd it’s delicious. If you like citrus tasting IPA’s then you may find this one to be the best you’ve ever had!

Growler thanks to my man, Corey! Hazy orange pour with a frothy white head that leaves layers of lace. Massive, bright tropical citrus, grapefruit, pineapple aroma coming out of the growler before I even pour it and it just grows as it’s being poured. Flavor is juicy citrus throughout with great balance without being noticeably sweet. Clean, medium bodied and a bitter finish. Absolutely fantastic.

Very very solid beer. Light balanced citrus aroma. Hoppy Citrus and sweet initial taste that fades away on the palate very nicely. You can drink a ton of this but you don’t because the taste is to be savored. Just a perfectly balanced beer. This is up there with Boneyard dipa in quality of taste.

Growler pour courtesy of Vinny. Pours literally glowing honey mustard yellow with a tasteful, smooth white head. Lacing is clean and spotty. Aroma is pineapple and orange zest. Taste is full of pineapple, orange, lemon, and some clean resin in the finish. Juicy upfront transitioning to pleasantly dry in the finish. This beer is fucking superb; inspired, elegant, and wonderful. Beautiful IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2014 On draft at Capones. Pours a deep orange caramel with a small off white head. Aroma of fresh citra hops and grapefruit. Taste is bitter and much the same as the aroma. Excellent. 6/14/2014 750 ml growler. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a large foamy white head.

Draft at Capone’s during PBW summer 2011. Poured hazy coppery orange with 1-finger off-white head. Nose is caramel malt, big mangoey resiny hops. Tasted complex, heavily IBU-laden, with that awesome crisp peppery fruity Citra hop just juicing all over the palate. This beer was excellent.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2012 On tap at Hill Farmsteads first anniversary celebration. Hazy golden pour with a massive white head. The nose held every type of citrus incarnation ever imagined. Orange, orangepeel, lemon, lemon peel, and grapefruit. A nice floral resin complemented this nicely. The flavor held the same citrus onslaught, with a light caramel malt that provided excellent balance. Dankly thick palate with a resinous finish.

Pours a hazy pumpkin orange, with medium head, and great, sporadic lacing throughout. Aromas of grapefruit, honey, pineapple, vanilla, white oak. Taste is some of the creamiest, and juiciest collection of hops, malts, and caramel. Absolutely amazing. Tons of citrus flavors mixed in with a nice malt sweetness. It Kind of reminded me of a jucier mongo or hop 15. Great beer, Cheers to Sean Hill.

on tap at hill farmstead harvest festival. bright straw, slight haze, with a nice white head, good retention and lacing. loads of mangos and citrus goodness. hint of ginger, fresh, never boozy or cloying - light malted sweetness. lively and soft carbonation, medium body, silkyness, medium long citrusy finish.

Hazy golden orange color, moderate white head. Grapefruit, orange, peach, mango, and grass. Initial sweetness balanced by mild hop bitterness that lingers briefly. Crisp, light-bodied, and refreshing. Small alcohol presence that is more an afterthought.
