Growler shared by Seth. Murky yellow pour with a white head. Grapefruit and pine aromas. Big grapefruit and piney hop notes. A little unbalanced, but not in a bad way with just enough malts to keep it enjoyable. Very nice mouthfeel with good carbonation. A fantastic IPA..

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale maber with a white head leaving some laces. Aroma is hoppy piny grapefruits dry and malty. Flavor is well malty clean and clear resiny bitter hoppy. Finishes longlived piny and resiny.

750mL growler, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks a lot, Dany!), pours a cloudy golden yellow with a lingering medium white head. Classic Hill Farmstead aromatics, with loads of fresh floral hops, citrus zest, a little bit of farmhouse notes, and a big biscuity malt backing. Flavour is even more intense, with monolithic floral hops, dry grass and citrus coating the tongue; there is some biscuity malt providing solid support without ever interfering - no malt flavour at all really. The meadow-fresh floral notes absolutely engulf the palate, with a pronounced astringency. Very dry palate - one of HF’s driest. Gorgeous blonde IPA from the masters.

Growler at home, thanks Nate!!! Hazy honey colored in appearance with a big white head and great lacing sticking to the glass. Super juicy, grapefruity, light weed, mango, a touch of pineapple, biscuit, and straw in the aroma. Taste is bright, juicy, fruity, grapefruit peels, orange, tangerines, light weed, papaya, and straw with a medium-to-heavy bitter finish. Medium body with medium carbonation. Another awesome IPA from Hill Farmstead, not much more to say.

Poured from a 750ml growler into a HF taster. Pours a opaque orange yellow with a small white head. Smells of earthy citrus, hay, and pretty much like the rest of Shawn’s beers. Taste is crisp and clean citrus and a super dry finish.

Growler from gnosis..thank you. pour is a cloudy vibrant yellow with nice head. Moderate lacing. Huge floral, grapefruit nose with some faint evergreen notes..some tropical fruit. More tropical fruit on the taste.. mango, pineapple but overwhelmed with a bitter, slight smokey grapefruit finish. Crystal clear taste as if it was a very intentional creation. Crisp and light. Really well done.

Draft at Capone’s and Railroad Street. Pours very hazy dull gold with white head. Nose is pinet earthy malt, grapefruit and mango. Not a super vaporous nose, but a complex nose that sets the tone for what is to come. Tastes complex, silky smooth; one of the most velvety beers I have ever quaffed, with a nice piney resiny hop flavor, well balanced tropical fruit, including mango, tangerine, and papaya at mid-palate, and some black pepper at the finish. This one is sublime, and vastly underrated here. I call this one the Big Brother of Two Hearted.

Growler thanks to Rich. Pours super hazy as a usual hill farmstead. Nose is fruity hops, dankness, grass, citrus, noticeable caramels a touch catty. Flavor is similar to the aromas. Punchy bitterness on the finish and a crisp and just a touch of astringent hop flavors. Overally a good beer. aroma is superior.
