Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has nice orange and grapefruit...some rind. Flavor nice rindy bitterness and grapefruity spice...some herbal notes...clean and crisp. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with a dry rindy/bitter finish.

On tap at Frieda's Taqueria & Grill in Stowe, VT. Served in Hill Farmstead goblet. Hazy, dense golden amber with orange overtones, a large off-white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, grass, pine, peach, mango, orange and caramel. Taste of grapefruit, peach, mango, pine, orange, grass and caramel. Medium body and high/medium carbonation. Overall, a brighter, crisper beer than Edward. Despite the brewery's description, I did not find it more aggressive than Edward. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(On tap Farmhouse tap n’ grill): Fruits tropicaux vers un pamplemousse blanc, de juteux à sécheresse extrême. Buvabilité maladive.

750 mL swingtop growler, thanks Brandon! Pours and smells like a HF IPA. Cloudy dark copper with a large off white head; nice retention and lacing. Pine and earthy aroma; mildly sweet and tons of hops with little malt. Flavor is dominated by citrus rind and pine with a light malt backbone. Medium thick with moderate carbonation. A little forgettable compared to most HF IPAs, but still an above average take on the style.

Growler shared by yourefragile. Thanks Michael. The beer appears lightly hazy, with ample effervescence and a small white head. The aroma offers oranges, orange rinds, citrus, various tropical fruits. Great flavor! Abundant citrus flavors. Easy to drink, I instantly want more. Hooray Hill Farmstead. Another terrific brew from one of America’s top breweries. I would drink this anytime. Would love to have this on draft at home. Serving type: growler Reviewed on: 12-18-2011

Growler shared with the fellas in NYC at Sander’s place. Pours faintly hazy, rich gold with a frothy, white head. Intense aroma of ripe grapefruit, mango, subtle honey maltiness, fresh pine. Medium sweet flavor with tons of pine, some lightly toasted pale malts, bitter grapefruit and grass, faint earth. Medium bodied with average, smooth carbonation. Strong, fresh and hoppy to finish with plenty of earthy pine and deep grapefruit. Quite epic.

Draft at Eulogy. Pours a really hazy orange juice yellow/orange. Frothy white foam head. Aroma is pungent dank hops. Really cirtrusy. Taste has a lot of citrus flavors, grapefruit, orange, with the right amount of bitterness. Really light on the mouth, not as sticky of a hop profile on the palate. Really easy to drink, but still aggressive. A real great ipa.

Hazy golden-orange body. Moderate sized creamy white head. Stray lacing here and there. A blend of fruity and floral hops as lemon, grapefruit, orange and grass and floral/earthy tea. Flavor is similar as a pleasant, but fairly mellow fruity/floral hop combination is presented. Medium bodied, lively carbonation and clean bitterness. Good use of columbus hops.

on tap prohibition pig. EXTREMELY hazy bright yellow beer. Bright white head with good lacing. Pine and grassy notes are at the forefront with the citrus there but only peaking through in nose. Taste is much the same. There is enough malt to render this a vertebrate specimen. Nice and dry.
