On tap at Prohibition Pig. Pale hazy amber with white head. Musty citrus and resin, prickly, rosemary, lighter malt. High carbonation, moderate body, very dry, light alcohol, very soapy and hoppy no the finish. Would love if I could by a case of this in bottle...o well.

750 ml growler shared by Sean9669- thanks again, Sean! Pours a cloudy gold color with a small off-white head. Big aroma of grassy, earthy, fruity hops, tropical and citrus fruits, and pale malts. Flavor of sweet and pale malts, tropical fruits, citrus, pine, and nectar. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a fruity, juicy mouthfeel. Really nice IPA.

750 ml growler. Hazy yellow pour with white head, very pretty. Aroma of fresh cut grass, really piney, lots of ctirus as well, honey but definitely more on the piney side. Taste is bitter, lots of fresh hops, pretty dry finish. A bit too bitter, I like the HF IPAs that are a little tamer than this one on the bitterness. Still delicious however.

Growler (750 ml) brought back earlier in the day from Hill Farmstead. Hazy pale orange with some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, peach, pine/resinous, floral and malt. Taste of citrus, hops, pine/resinous and floral notes. Dry and forever lasting bitter (pine/resinous) finish. Another superb refreshing beer from HF.

Picked this up 24 hours ago at Hill Farmstead. Enjoyed in a Duvel Tulip at "river temperature" basically it’s been sitting in the river as I swim. Time to drink it!

A - Large head at the pour. gorgeous hazy golden. very light. Head subsides VERY slowly.

S - Nice citra and simcoe aromas. Grapefruit, pine needles, pine cones and lemons. Very light and floral temps.

T - Very pleasant! Very mild hop aromas, light, floral notes, slight level of citrus on the finish.

M - 80% carbonation on the mouth swish. medium body. Very drinkable!

O - I’m having troubles reviewing this because, as it is a Hill Farmstead beer, it tastes amazing. Yet, APAs are hard to differentiate as the grain and hop bills are fairly small to keep things almost-sessionable. So, while this beer tastes amazing, it’s not much more than a very well balanced american pale ale with a nice level of citrus tasting hops and I’m picking up some dry hops but nothing out of this world overly done. Well balanced APA. I have nothing negative to say about this beer!

Draft at HFS. Bright orange/ gold with a large, creamy, off-white head with very nice lace. A hop-forward beer. Perfect carbonation. Grapefruit hop tones, light herbal body. Refreshing and I wouldn’t hesitate to order it if I see it on draft.

On tap at Teresa’s. Cloudy yellow brown with a scant white head. Nose is orange, caramel, wet grass and citrus peel. Medium body with a buzz. Taste is bitter orange, pine and toffee. Mostly bitter but a lot of wow factor for a 6% IPA.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2012 On tap at TND / Jose Pistolas, pours hazy golden orange. Head was medium and staying. Aromas of grapefruit, pine resin, tropical fruit, and some nice malt backbone. Taste was the same tropical citrus from the nose with some sweet caramel malt hidden, other notes of fresh herbs, and tangerine. I think I like Edwards aggressive side better. Cheers
