Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of spices, hops, straw, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, straw, spices, hops, and malt leading to a bitter finish. Very fresh.

Growler shared with the fellas in NYC at Sander’s place. Pours faintly hazy, rich gold with a frothy, white head. Intense aroma of ripe grapefruit, mango, subtle honey maltiness, fresh pine. Medium sweet flavor with tons of pine, some lightly toasted pale malts, bitter grapefruit and grass, faint earth. Medium bodied with average, smooth carbonation. Strong, fresh and hoppy to finish with plenty of earthy pine and deep grapefruit. Quite epic.

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #101. Keg at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with a thin creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of catty, earthy, citrus, herbal, floral hops, pale malt. The taste is tropical, floral, herbal, almost dank hops, pale malt. Medium bodied, well balanced, clean, mild lingering bitterness.

750mL growler, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks a lot, Dany!), pours a cloudy golden yellow with a lingering medium white head. Classic Hill Farmstead aromatics, with loads of fresh floral hops, citrus zest, a little bit of farmhouse notes, and a big biscuity malt backing. Flavour is even more intense, with monolithic floral hops, dry grass and citrus coating the tongue; there is some biscuity malt providing solid support without ever interfering - no malt flavour at all really. The meadow-fresh floral notes absolutely engulf the palate, with a pronounced astringency. Very dry palate - one of HF’s driest. Gorgeous blonde IPA from the masters.

Bottle... Pours clear and yellow with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. Good retention. The aromatics are a blend of armpit muskiness, lupulin funkiness and light, peppery notes. Medium-bodied and creamy with lazy. The flavor offers heavy bitterness underscored by a hint of cracker malt. Bitter, grapefruit rind finish. Bottle courtesy of landhoney!
