Poured from a 750ml growler into a HF taster. Pours a opaque orange yellow with a small white head. Smells of earthy citrus, hay, and pretty much like the rest of Shawn’s beers. Taste is crisp and clean citrus and a super dry finish.

Drank on tap in a fancy glass, at Eddies Roadhouse in Warwick, NY. Pours a nice hazy, golden/orange color with plenty of white head. This brew is nice a complex, a little watery but a solid brew!

On tap at Mikkeller Bar Aarhus Pours a nice, hazy yellow with a long lasting, dense, white head. Aroma has super fresh hops, slight orange sweetness, not overwhelming, but super pleasent. Tiny soapy hint. Taste is dry, light citrus acid, slight bitter hops, but the finish is more juicy than bitter. Light and juicy texture and a rather high carbonation.

Keg @ WarPigs. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, passion fruit, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, grassy and very tiny fruity. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with hefty doses of grass and chives complemented by hints of tart tropical fruits. Bit too green and chives-forward.

Rune (10838) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 18, 2016
On tap outside at WarPigs Brewpub during Hill Farmstead Day, kindly shared by KimJohansen. Yellow-gold cloudy body. White head, fair lacing. Lemony hops on the nose, sweet and bitter. Mixed taste of lemon, apricot, and plums backed grainy malts. Bitter and dry citrus peels towards the ending. Medium bodied. Pleasant stuff, well worth the long waiting time (Copenhagen 12.05.2016).
