Shared by yourefragile. Thanks Michael.
The beer is dark brown, nearing black. The beige head is nearly a half inch thick, fading to an oily thin layer atop the beer. The aroma is classic Mikkeller. Dark roast, oak, booze, chocolate. Roasty and smooth on the palate with a nice hop finish. Lots of chocolate and bitter roast in the flavor. Medium bodied with solid carbonation. A very good stout, I would definitely have this again.

Bottled sample via and shared with oakbluff. Black in colour with medium carbonation. Malty aromas of Whoppers chocolate candies, orange peel, and a bit of booze. Huge clear chocolate flavor, along with notes of coffee, roast, caramel, and smoke. Heavy bodied. Very nice.

@ Mikkeller Bar: Tydliga rostade toner, lakrits, kaffe, malt - ganska het eftersmak. Helt ok

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
pour is jet black with creamy dark caramel head. Nose is heavier on the roast coffee, light vanilla and some touch of milk chocolate, light cherry and fair bit of citrus takes over. Body is thick, very heavy and creamy, taste is heavy roast coffee with notes of peat. There is some milk chocolate mid palate and faint sweetness in back and a slowly increasing citrus very powerful in back. It’s almost like a loaded hop stout with assertive carbonation and a dry, slightly bitter finish.

Pitch black with thick lasting dark brown head. Aroma is dark chocolate, roasted malt a little coffee and a citrus note making the aroma a little lighter. Soft, smooth velvety mouthfeel. Taste has notes of chocolate, soft roasted malt. Soft, soft oily chocolate and caramel. Dry finish, but still a soft mouthfeel. Citrus burps! Damn nice. Instant favourite.

Bottle at a recent bottle share... Poured dark black with a mild forming, light brownish/tan head. Moderate mouthfeel, not too thick. Notes of chocolate and orange zest along with roasted malts, dark cocoa, coffee, and toasted bread.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, November 2012.
Black with a medium, tan head. Not as heavy as expected, some notes of earth in this one. Also roasted malt, dark fruit, chocolate. The finish was bitter.

Draft at Mikkeller Bar, Black Sensation. Pitch black one with a huge brownish head. Fruity, rich aroma - less roast than expected, but very complex nose. Fat and velvety texture, slightly boozy, tobacco note, lingering bitter finish.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. First beer of Day 2. Pours thick black with a sturdy, dark brown foam head. Rich dark chocolate nose, hints of orange citrus. Rich flavor, medium to big sweetness without being syrupy, some burnt chocolate, light roasty earth and faint tobacco, fair roasty bitterness. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quite dry and bitter on the finish, perhaps on account of some orange rind. Nice, lasting baking cocoa character. The beer doesn’t weight heavily on the tongue like so many impy stouts, which is an accomplishment. Well rounded beer.
