4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
2L growler shared by Julien. Pours a beautiful slightly hazy blond with a decent creamy head. Aroma is danky hops, onions, citrus and pine. Taste is juicy citrusy hops, bready malts and light pine. A more important bready malts presence makes this one more quaffable than the averqage S&S. A huge success.

2L growler, 2 days after visiting the brewery. Hazy glowing yello pour with lacy white head. Aroma is really nice and dank, light onion, great dank piney simoce, light citrusy grapefruit and lemon notes. Taste is lightly bitter, dank hop flavor, pure hop juice. Palate is med bodied with light carbonation, realllly tasty, damn this stuff is good.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pour is dark amber, very hazy, lots of white head with a thicker lace. Nose has some fresh cut grain, light pale malt and a touch of sticky caramel. Hops are a bit soapy first, then a very strong grapefruit rind, almost a sweaty grapefruit. Taste is a bit sweeter, lots of fresh grains up front, a fairly moderate malt presence, huge tropical hop punch. Still some grapefruit rind mid to late palate, some mangos and a touch of pineapple. Body is incredibly light and delicate, very nicely carbonated, just a clean crisp and slightly dry finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750mL bottle, sent from my sugar daddy, pours an opaque golden orange with a medium white head. Nose is certainly a West Coast hop bomb, with resinous hops, tons of different juicy fruits, like tangerine and mangos, candied sugar, and maltier backbone than most hoppy Hill Farmstead beers. Flavour is along those same lines, with a sweet flavour profile than typical for HF IPAs, bringing out resinous hops, lots of tropical fruits, some residual candied sugar and a caramel bready malt backbone. It’s a kickass IIPA for sure, but perhaps not up to the usual standard of HF’s hoppy beers due to the higher sweetness. Still, excellent stuff.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Malts mielleux et concentrés surmontés de houblons machables floraux, agrumés et sucrés. Pas dans la même gamme céréalière et croustillante auquel je suis habitué, néanmoins savoureux.
