2L growler poured into HF stemware. Pours a opaque orange with a two finger head... pretty much resembles other HF hoppy beers. Grapefruit and green peppers seem to be at the forefront, followed by orange, lemon and a little bit of hay... farmy. Smells fantastic. Taste follows, grapefruit seeming to be the highlight. Very mild bitterness, and a dry finish. A great IPA that I am honored to have in my glass. Big thanks to my beer homies for giving me a chance to try this.

Wow...sublime. On tap for dessert after my second meal of the day at The Anchor. Cloudy tequila sunrise in the glass. Fine white head. Creamy orange Julius nose. Palate follows suit, but isn’t overly sweet, but instead well balanced with a dry cracker counter. I continue finding notes. Super complex, down the rabbit hole kind of beer. Right on.

Lunch at the Anchor with BTL. Wonderfully clody. Thinner head with similar lacing. Body is upfront malty with lighter hop tone. Second half thins out nicely with a lemo zing layer. Creamy ant then mellow light elongated finish.

Hopfiger, trocken bitterer Antrunk. Hell würzig, moderat herb, trocken bleibend. Bitterer, eher wässriger Mittelteil. Okay. 10/9/9/9/8//9

Drank on tap (16 oz) at Three Penny Taproom in Montpelier, Vermont on September 27, 2016. Golden creamy honey, small head. Hoppy orange and pine cone aroma, light sourness. Hoppy sour orange, dry pine notes, nice citrus bitterness. A compliment to all Susan’s in this world, including my mom, a hop head!

On tap at brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a smallish white head. Aroma is floral, lightly piney, and slightly bready. Taste is similar with light tropical fruit. Strong bitterness in the finish. Light body. Slightly above average carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel.
