Aroma is herbal tea and floral. Hazy golden. Minimal white head. Taste is green tea central. Iím getting weeds, mildew, and flowers. Itís such a dynamic and different beer but the flavors are balanced well. I love this. Will continue the annual dandelion picking.

750 mL bottle. Unknown original review date. Golden yellow with a nice white head. Lace inside the glass and swirly designs on the surface. Smell is intensely floral. Also very yeasty. Pale malt and a white wine-like acidity. Tastes very yeasty. Flowery and winey. Grassy bitterness builds into the finish. Floral flavors linger. Light. Crisp and spritzy. Nice flower flavor in the finish. Very enjoyable. The flowers are intense, but the saison handles them well.

A great pour. Canít even see through it like a dirty yellow lake. A bright white layer on top. A earthy grassy flowery aroma thatís very fresh. Small tartness. So refreshing. So good. Great stuff.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a medium sized white head. Rustic nose of baking yeast, hay, dust, grapes, flowers - dandelions if you know it. Flavour follows; light barnyard/hay loft, grapes, dust, honey, hay. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, filling sweetness, light/medium sour. Wonderful balance, really soft and flavourful.

Sample at the Northeastern Brewery (VT) Tasting on 08/16/2015. Hazy bright yellow color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of lemons, floral honey and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, zesty citrus and malt. The finish is fruity with an underlying sweet honey aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Bottle. Pours murky yellow with nearly zero head. Smells like sweet lemon cleaning supplies. It's tart and not my style. Like a raspy wine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
