Draft at Hills 3rd Anniversary ! First pour of the day... Pours a light golden straw color with two fingers of tight foam. The nose breaks through the foam layer and opens up with a tart floral, rustic grain and field dust. The palate follows with an exceptional balance between rustic grain and tart fruit. This just might be my favorite Hill beer to date... had it on draft at last festival but was 10 beers in so never rated it. Next time this is released in bottle I will be making the trek as the flavor profile and drinkability of this beer is top notch ! Damn.

Thanks to thirdeye11 for sharing this bottle. Rating No. 4,000. Pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is very complex. At first I get some wheat and dandelions, but those notes are complimented by some grass and Belgian yeast. I also get some honey character in the aroma. The flavor is a bit different but equally enjoyable. I get some lightly tart lemon notes as well as some yeast, floral dandelion character and wheat. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Excellent.

Bottle pored into HF glassware. Pours a clear golden yellow with a massive white head that sticks around. Smell is yeast, lemongrass, and chardonnay. Taste is crisp a and tart. Lemongrass again and chardonnay. Great carbonation and dry finish. Awesome.

Well it is better than pissenlit. It is what I would expect pissenlit shoud taste like. Some dandellion bitterness that acts as hops.

Bomber. Big thanks to KyotoLefty. Cucumbers, peppers, and fresh cabbage nose. Psychedelic yellow, with a strong persistent white head. Extremely lively from the minute it reaches your lips. Tart fruit and knife edges of bitterness. Wow! This is some substantial stuff. Not as extreme as some of their other brews. Great!

Bottle shared by KyotoLefty at Qbrick’s 8th Anniversary party, thanks alot! Wow, just wow. This is one of those genre busting beers, it poured a wonderful straw gold with a wonderful fluffy eggshell head of foam... the aroma was very zesty, reminiscent of white wine. This beer blew us all away, the taste was sweet and tart. Very refreshing, excellent!

Big thanks to Nat for the pour. Light hazy yellow. Smells like a fairly basic saison, but then it hits - a little something extra, offered by the dandelion. A slightly earthy, bitter grass note that does wonders to round it out and give some depth to the flavor. Crisp and refreshing, just a bit tart. Some lemon, some funk... delicate and delicious.

On tap at Churchkey during CBC week. Pours a hazy, straw yellow with some thin, white head. Nose is light grapefruit, herbal, a little lavender, chamomile, flower petals, lemon rind. Flavor is like a mimosa, lemon, orange, champagne, herbs, grass, hay. Medium bodied, zesty, refreshing finish. Superb.
