Bottle shared by b3shine. Poured hazy dark golden color with a large frothy white head that was lasting with excellent lacing. Heavy yeast, herbal and sweet honey aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy blalanced complex floral sweet flavor with a medium to heavy floral sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Standout complex beer for style.

750 ml bottle to snifter (thanks adamjackson). Looks good; a hazy gold with foamy white head. Smells tart, yeasty, and hoppy with some spice. Tastes like it smells, but better, with a nice, dry finish. You get more of the honey and dandelions in the tastes. Nice on the palate with a clean, dry finish. Tasty.

Bottle thanks to thirdeye11. Bright golden pour, fluffy white head. Nose is amazing - fresh cut grass, pepper, spices, honey - basically smells like a meadow. Flavor is very floral and dry with a clean finish. World class stuff.

Bottle @ Frank’s (Ramnuts) tasting, thanks to Michael - 06/11/12. Obscured light yellow with a good sized bubbly white head. Nose comprises light citrus tones, farmyard, funk, sourness and light lemon. Taste follows nose - lemon sherbet, sour/tarte citrus, grass, tarte grapefruit. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation , tarte finish. Excellent saison.

Bottle shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy grassy notes with a light sour note and backed by light funk. Flavor starts with light sour fruits that lasts throughout with light funk and some earthy grain.

Thanks joey for picking this up for me! Batch 2: Almost neon yellow, with mountainous white head. Smells like yeast, grass and flower stems. Very clean taste with an extra dry finish. Slight sweetness which is clearly raw honey that is followed by a citrus pucker sensation which flows through from your tongue to the back of your throat. One of the smoothest beers on the palate I have tasted yet become accustomed too when drinking HF. If I had one complaint and this is petty, but it may be slightly too earthy for me

It’s a hazed straw colored pour which leaves skidmarked lacing on either sides of the glass. Smells floral; and of honey, spent yeast, marshmallow root and churned salted butter, wow. Tastes as advertised (floral, honey-sweet with underlying notes of nougat and wax); ends yeasty with a pillowy mouthfeel and lemonlike bittersweetness by swallow.

Bottle shared by my brother - thanks! Hazy, bright yellow pour with a huge, rocky white head.  Aroma is bone dry herbal notes with light underlying tart and a clean, wit yeast character.  Taste is clean dry tart with an herbal character and the dryest of finish.  Ultra clean and thirst quenching.
